Graduated with the bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Mohan started his career as design engineer in the field of Machine Tools Technology. He later elevated his knowledge in the BIW fixture building as a design engineer in leading global automotive industry, BENTELER GmbH. Establishing Vinyas ME, Mr. Mohan has a vision to provide world class products to the customer and grow the organization to globally renowned standards

Ajit Kumar

Completing his Post Graduation in Product design and Manufacturing Mr. Ajit started his career in the field of Winding Technology and Special Purpose Machine building. Quickly gaining management and domain skills he grew to be a Team Leader before joining hands with Mr. Mohan. He is responsible for the design and development of products in the organization.

Guido Bollmann

Mr. Bollmann studied Mechanical Engineering in University of Osnabrück. He started his career at BENTELER GmbH and continuing his service for more than 14 years, he climbed the ladder of success to become the Plant Head at BENTELER GmbH, Bielefeld. Taking up higher responsibility, Mr. Bollmann became Managing Director at Aumann AG, Espelkamp. With thirst of being an entrepreneur he has dawned a role of Managing Director of Vinyas ME GmbH and oversees the business in Europe.
